Stefania Manfreda is a prominent Italo-Ghanaian designer and entrepreneur based in Accra, Ghana. As the founder of Elle Lokko and Lokko House, she has been instrumental in promoting local fashion and cultural talent for over 16 years. Elle Lokko, established in 2015, is recognised as Accra's first women's concept store, blending fashion, art, and lifestyle into a unique shopping experience. Stefania’s initiatives have created platforms for emerging creatives through events and exhibitions, fostering a vibrant community of artists and designers. She is committed to empowering women in business and plans to establish a training institute to nurture local talent further.
